Cholesterol and heart disease

 
Some people say that heart attack disease is not a resinous problem. Even cholesterol is a serious disease that could lead to fatal death to human beings. A study has been proven that Cholesterol levels are associated with heart attack meaning is that the more level of cholesterol the more heart disease will affect the person himself. Cholesterol comes from to part of the body first, from the blood second, inheritance from the family. Heart diseases begin in children as young as 3 years old. It occurs earlier in boys than girls, it depends in fat levels among teenagers. To lower your cholesterol levels is to change your food habits and have some dietary changes. Aerobic exercises helps too; the blockage of cholesterol in the blood can be reduced as much as forty percent. Through all the physical work we should do in our daily routine in our lives to improve health and have a happy life.
